“Video Games in the Crosshairs: Rewind” by Logan Barrick
Age 16, Gettysburg, PA
About this film:
“…I have always grown up with videogames, they’re a huge part of my life, they’re the reason why I have most of the friends I have, so It’s hurtful when people talk down about a part of my childhood. I really wanted to reach out to gamers of all ages in this short film, make the child in the older gamer, meet with the new gamers just beginning, show how similar it all is, we’re all on an equal playing field. I also really wanted to show that gaming is very much good for people, and all of it’s positive effects it has on people, that media tends to glaze over.”
